Job Summary
The Human Resources Employment Consultant Senior provides leadership, consultation, and a high-level of customer service to support hiring departments in UK HealthCare and the College of Medicine. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supervision
Consulting
Service Development and Organizational Improvement
Customer Service
Compliance

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
The ideal candidate must have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, effectively influence, coach and train hiring departments and provide leadership and problem solving. This individual must possess professional knowledge of hiring and selection techniques and quickly be able to gain an understanding of the business operations of distinct units of the University.
The successful individual will deliver superior customer service focus, have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, planning and organization, information monitoring and analysis and presentation skills. We are seeking a collaborative, innovate individual with a strong respect for diversity and high emotional intelligence which are all keys to success in this position.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? Yes Preferred Education/Experience
Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field. Prefer several years of experience and a proven track record in hiring and selection coaching and/or consultation. Experience with Behavior Based Interviewing is a plus.
