The Employee Relations Team and Project Lead role is a key liaison between the Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) and the Employee Relations (ER) team and will ultimately provide project support to both teams.
Primary responsibilities include (but will not be limited to):
Liaising with HRSC Manager to provide oversight of the HRSC Tier II Specialists on their ER assignments
Managing the Tier II Specialists ER workload and monitoring / reporting on the ER team workloads
Managing the streamlined / mandated policy related corrective action processes (not performance)
Managing operational metrics for the entire ER function
Reviewing teams for continuous process improvement opportunities
Reviewing HRSC Tier II Specialist ER processes
Managing ER Scripts and all associated processes
Managing the drafting of new scripts / processes
Conducting effective Quality Control for team
Conducting comment reviews reviewing Glassdoor, Indeed, Exit Survey, etc and opening cases as appropriate
Experience and Skills:
Current Employee Relations / Human Resources experience required
1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated process improvement mindset Agile experience a plus
Strong technical skills MS Office experience required (SharePoint, Outlook, Word and Excel proficiency required)
Case management experience preferred
Process mapping experience preferred
Prior call center experience preferred
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30AM 5:00PM
