Requirements: ? 1+ years Human Resource experience or BS/BA ? Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word Excel ? VIEW JOBS 1/4/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-04T00:00 Job Summary: The Client Relations Specialist II position supports various aspects of business-to-business account management, primarily building and maintaining relationships and creating operational success with key partners. This role is responsible for leveraging Metas unique value propositions by developing and deploying business strategies with key partners to strengthen relationships, increase engagement, and drive growth. Essential Job Functions: * Operate as a main point of contact for key business partners, including executing steps within the account management lifecycle from post-implementation to retention. * Develop a trusted advisor relationship with strategic account contacts, including the decision maker. Influence a strategy for prepaid by building and maintaining strong relationships and driving innovation. * Manage cross-sell opportunities and client retention. * Participate in client contract negotiation or RFP process as needed. * Complete the steps required for onboarding new clients with accuracy and meeting deadlines set in the project. * Track and formalize reporting on top tier performance indicators, including hosting client business reviews. * Conduct webinars and provide product and system training to newly enrolled clients. * Host market research and other industry related webinars for existing, established clients. * Apply knowledge of association rules, banking regulations and operating procedures. * Research and problem solve to find relevant solutions that proactively meet client needs; followed by a root-case analysis as needed * Partner with product management to innovate and improve product offerings based on aggregated issues, suggestions and other client feedback. * Coordinate with other staff members to ensure the office is maintained during business hours. Provides back-up and support to other staff. * Perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: * Bachelors degree with 3+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Account Management experience preferred. * Retail Banking experience a plus. * Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. * Experience with Microsoft CRM a plus. * Some travel may be required To succeed in this role, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily.
