Join one of our growing clients from the food and beverages space as they are currently seeking a dynamic Employee Relations Manager. As an Employee Relations Manager, you’ll be in-charge of fostering positive relationships with organized employee groups. You'll lead the development and implementation of strategies and policies to ensure compliance and smooth labor relations. You'll also collaborate closely with HR and departmental leaders, providing expert guidance on labor-related matters.

This is a permanent and hybrid position in Pasadena, CA (2 days in office/week)

Core Duties:

  • Handle complex employee relations cases, working closely with managers to find effective solutions. Additionally, oversee legal cases and ensure proper handling.

  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure alignment with internal standards and external regulations.

  • Engage stakeholders, listen to their concerns, and address them effectively.

  • Analyze issues and devise optimal solutions.

  • Utilize data analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making processes.

  • Offer insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

  • Provide expert advice on policies and assist in resolving disputes.

  • Ensure adherence to regulations and promptly address any compliance issues.

  • Support and develop team members to achieve their potential.

  • Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through ongoing learning opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum of 3 years of Employee Relations management experience

  • At least of 6-12 months of managerial experience

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within team structures

  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Google Suite.
