We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations leader to join our growing People Operations team. This role will provide hands-on day-to-day employee support while also influencing Bluebeam's global employee relations and engagement strategy in order to help us scale effectively.
The ideal candidate will share our team's passion for people and creating a diverse, respectful and engaging environment.
Serve as primary resource on employee relations issues, with the ability to escalate situations as necessary.
Act as a sounding board on workplace issues to leaders and employees across the organization, working to assess needs and understand core issues in order to drive solutions.
Create rapport with employees at all levels of the company, cultivating mutual trust and interacting daily to answer questions and facilitate issue resolution.
Partner with People Operations team members to provide full lifecycle support of employee-related activities, including performance management and employee exits.
Identify and deploy impactful people strategies and policies that enable the organization to perform effectively and scale efficiently.
Support the development and implementation of employee programs that nurture our company's core values to engage employees and create a positive culture.
5+ years of experience as an Employee Relations Manager, HR Business Partner, or related role focusing on employee relations issues
3-5 years direct people management, with a focus on helping team members grow and develop.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex or difficult information with empathy.
Adept at influencing through strong relationships.
Clear demonstration of employee relations experience, working through complex situations, investigations and escalations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor, with a solid understanding of diversity practices and federal and state employment laws and application.
Experience working in a hyper-growth organization.
