We are seeking an Employee Relations Consultant for the Office of Provider Services (Provider Services Consultant) to:
Establish strong working relationships with physicians (clinical faculty, residents, and fellows) and leadership across the UW Health system.
Provide strategic and tactical consultation and resolution on a wide variety of complex matters involving physicians across the organization.
Lead the intake, investigation, processing, and resolution of physician- related issues and complaints, including investigations of discrimination, harassment, and caregiver misconduct.
Create content for physician training and facilitate such training where appropriate.
Primarily supports clinical faculty, residents, and fellows, but will also support Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) as needed.
