Job Posting Summary

The Employee Health Nurse Manager will focus on the day-to-day clinical operations and management of the primary Baptist Downtown Employee Health Clinic. This role will oversee all processes and fill in when needed with clinical staffing. The Manager will train and oversee all clinical staff at the Downtown location, develop training protocols, manage daily clinic flow, and work on process improvement. This role will train and maintain the clinical EMR solution, continually develop any needed training modules for the system and help any future development evaluation or training of computer systems. The Manager will go over detailed worker�s compensation claims, accommodation requests and for cause drug testing in conjunction with the RN team. This role will report to the Director of Employee Health under HR Operations.
