POSITION SUMMARY:

The Employee Experience Analyst will support the Company strategies focusing on improving employee experiences through culture change and engagement. This position is an integral part of the Human Resources Department and will facilitate initiatives including but not limited to employee events, change management communications, strategic engagement plans, employee recognition programs, and diversity/inclusion.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports and implements the Company's global employee experience programs and projects including: employee events, change management communications, strategic engagement plans, employee recognition programs, and diversity/inclusion programs.

  • Aids in maintaining a constant flow of information, leveraging various methods including development of leadership/employee messaging, web/message board content, and employee advisory committee materials, through partnership with the Corporate Communications Team.

  • Reviews and benchmarks onboarding surveys, manager surveys, employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, focus groups, one-on-one feedback channels, and exit surveys to assess employee engagement, and suggests ways to improve on the employee experience.

  • Researches programs to continuously find new ways to best reach and engage employees.

  • Reviews program metrics, researches best practices and benchmarking data to drive strategies for retention, culture change and other relevant factors impacting the employee experience. Recommends changes to the programs to meet short and long- term objectives.

  • Leverages change management principles and approaches to ensure adoption and use by key stakeholders across the Company.

  • Supports recognition strategy and outcomes including reviewing, evaluating and making recommendations for global recognition programs (e.g., service awards, special cash bonus programs, corporate awards, employee appreciation events, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree, plus 3-5 years relevant experience; advanced education and certification is considered

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Effective verbal and written communicator

  • Demonstrated understanding of diversity, and employee communication

  • Demonstrated collaboration and consultation skills

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills

  • Desire to learn and grow in career

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite and other ERP systems, such as Oracle.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
