Employee Experience: Process and Program Improvement Partner

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing processes, map those processes, and work cross-functionally to determine process improvements for pre-boarding, onboarding, recruitment and interviewing; and learning and development.

  • Create proposed solutions for discussion, lead cross-functional meetings to gain input and sustainable outcomes that support our stakeholders

  • Throughout projects, ensure that the stakeholders are informed regarding the status of assigned projects and initiatives while working with task owners to ensure timely and quality completion of the project task

  • Proactively identify issues and continually drive enhancements and efficiencies in the Human Resources processes. Set expectations and service level agreements.

  • Liaise with the HR team and the organization in adoption of new and improved HR processes, ensuring adoption of new processes

  • Support the overall HR team as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years working in process improvement, preferably in the field of Human Resources

  • Strong working knowledge of HR regulations (e.g. FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA and EEO)

  • Experience with process and service improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, TQM

  • Advanced skills in desktop productivity such as MS Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint

  • Project, timeline, milestone management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Successful experience in implementing a Learning Management System preferred

  • Demonstrated track record of high level of customer service and successful project delivery

  • Outstanding people skills as well as strong program management and problem solving capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills in any form, including written or verbal

  • Ability to work across the organization from executive management team to department heads, to individual contributors.

  • Passion for HR subject matter, operational excellence, and creating a world-class employee experience

  • Willingness and aptitude to be hands on with data gathering and analysis

  • Willingness to perform many unglamorous tasks along with the fun stuff

  • Positive, communicative, inclusive team approach

  • Business Partnering: Demonstrates solid knowledge and ability, and can apply the competency, with minimal or no guidance, in the full range of typical situations. Would require guidance to handle novel or more complex situations.
