We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Employee Experience Partner to join our team. This role will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing the employee journey. Reporting directly to the Internal Communications Manager within the People team, you will collaborate across departments to ensure that our employees feel valued, engaged, and supported throughout their employment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and implement innovative programs and initiatives that prioritize employee well-being and engagement. You will work closely with leadership to analyze and improve recognition and communications to drive a culture of continuous improvement based on our values of Agility, Openness, Passion, and Responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience, including initiatives such as SWAG, Spot Awards, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs.

  • Oversee all aspects of our flagship workspace in Charlotte, including health and safety protocols, insurance compliance, building management, and coordination with suppliers.

  • Collaborate with various departments to align employee experience initiatives with organizational goals and values, fostering a cohesive and supportive work environment.

  • Work closely with the HR/Recruitment Team to create and deliver engaging and informative workspace specific (WorkVivo & Office Information) employee onboarding programs that promote a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition programs and events to celebrate achievements, foster team spirit, and boost morale.

  • Provide executive assistance to the Senior Vice President, North America and Chief Operating Officer, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as needed.

  • Organize and manage company events, ensuring they align with our culture and contribute to overall employee satisfaction and well-being.

  • Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of initiatives and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in employee experience, HR, or related roles, with a focus on creating positive workplace cultures.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems for data analysis and reporting.

  • A passion for employee well-being, engagement, and continuous improvement.
