The Employee Experience Lead (e.g. Business Analyst), Functional Operations will drive cross-functional projects as an employee experience design expert and will play a key role in reimagining the employee experience across internal programs and processes. In this role, they will liaise between People & Purpose and WoW (Workday on Workday) IT teams, and will need to possess strong communication and project management skills, enabling them to work with key stakeholders to understand requirements and shape deliverables, ensuring we're meeting key milestones on-time, and communicating status updates along the way.

Providing insights into ways to improve processes and programs on a global scale and streamline user experience
Ensuring project success, including evaluating technical/functional requirements as well as influencing the future roadmap
Ability to handle ambiguity and work well in a rapidly changing environment

Experience managing and adapting to tight deadlines
Experience working across and influencing various levels of the organization, while building trust and fostering collaboration
Explore common assumptions, rethink existing configurations, and see every challenge as an opportunity for system improvements
Redesign business processes and implement best practices across systems
Drive requirements gathering, business process reviews, user acceptance and regression testing, training, process documentation development, and communication strategies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges
Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning and problem solving experience
5+ years experience implementing and supporting HR processes in Workday (highly preferred)
Experience with software development lifecycles and process optimization practices, including agile development, design thinking, six sigma / lean, customer journey mapping, UX design and testing, process mapping (highly preferred)
