Provide excellent attention to detail with auditing high volume employee expense transactions while focusing on the highest level of customer service provided to campus and ensuring policy compliance. Manage daily transaction runs and multiple transmissions (Check, ACH, EFT, Single Use) to the University's bank.
Qualifications
High school diploma required.
Two (2) plus years accounts payable experience, preferred.

Responsibilities
Manages policy compliance audit and documentation review process of high volume of employee credit card reconciliations.
Assist with educating employees issued a university credit card and associated departments on submitting credit card reconciliations and automated approval workflow in the Travel & Expense Center.
Act as department liaison for training and issue resolution.
Manages policy compliance audit and documentation review of high volume of employee expense reimbursements.
Assist with educating employees and associated departments on employee credit card reconciliations and automated approval workflow in the Travel & Expense Center.
Act as department liaison for training and issue resolution.
Responsible for managing the daily check run and banking process. Daily pay cycle involves preparing payment files, running reports for ACH, Check, EFT and Single Use Accounts and transmitting electronic files to bank.
Responsible for managing the daily Same and Next Day ACH process.
Involves Human Resources, Risk Management and Sales Tax payments setup in JP Morgan Chase Access System for Associate Comptroller to review and payment release in system upon receipt of appropriate approvals.
Assist with expense report workflow and encourage timely submission of reports from employees and approvals from departments.
