We offer competitive pay, great benefits and the best culture in the industry DESCRIPTION The Employee Experience Coordinator (EEC) will foster relationships with all employees by incorporating the six elements index – authenticity, engagement, optimism, purpose and meaning, social connection and belonging.

The EEC focus will drive MLM’s employee-centric culture through various initiatives. They will also work directly with the Human Resources Manager to collaborate with other leaders of our company to disseminate the company’s culture, services, brand awareness and other positive deliverables. Advanced planning of events, social media, and digital asset collection on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis Maintain expenses for all engagement events Collaborate and produce, manage, and maintain employer social media accounts Provide professional video and photo services to increase company digital assets and elevate marketing content across platforms Promote positive business relationships internally and externally Facilitate company driven volunteer and community sponsored events Brainstorm new ideas and content, research the market, stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices other duties as assigned WORK ENVIRONMENT & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK Work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am

  • 5:00pm EST - flexibility for after hours calls as needed This role will work remotely, in a professional office environment and on various sites daily. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    In addition to camera, go pro and other marketing equipment. This role will need to travel to each location once per quarter, customer sites and other locations related to the scope of work. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some physical activity may be involved. This would require the ability to lift, push, pull, and bend or stand, as necessary REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma/GED required; Associates/Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Adobe, Survey Monkey, G-Suite and expense management 1 year of social media

  • Instagram, TikTok and other relevant digital creative software experience 1 year event planning, coordination, and execution in a professional setting. Organized and creative with an anticipatory solution-based work ethic Ability to take the initiative and and perform with deliberative and thoughtful awareness
