Overview

The Employee Engagement Strategist, Enterprise (EESE) is responsible for customer value attainment related to our engagement measurement platform, and as such owns a highly strategic relationship with key decision makers at larger Emplify customers (those with more than 800 employees). The EESE ensures that our enterprise customers maximize their value with Emplify through strategic consultations regarding their companys employee engagement analytics. The Strategist delivers those consultations with the C-suite and upper executive levels of the customer organization, interpreting engagement results and ensuring that leadership takes action and communicates results to their teams to improve the employee experience.

The role is located in our Fishers, IN HQ office and reports to our VP, Customer Success.

A Day in the Life

  • Participate with an Emplify Solutions Partner (account manager) in strategic customer kickoff meetings
  • Work with customer and Emplify Solutions Partner to define desired customer business outcomes
  • Analyze customer engagement results and write executive summaries
  • Lead all-organization results presentations to C-suite and top-level executives
  • Consult on and recommend org-level SmartPulses (open-response employee follow-ups)
  • Guide customers on all-company results communications and actions
  • Capture campaign results metrics
  • Capture customer desired outcome improvements resulting from Emplify involvement
  • Track customer business outcomes and secure subscription renewals
  • Identify upsell opportunities and assist Solutions Partner with upgrades and services sales

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in consulting with, delivering services to, or managing larger customers
    Growth mindset,
  • Demonstrable and credible consulting skills with the C-Suite and top-level executives at larger organizations
  • Expertise in organizational change management; ability to negotiate, influence, and overcome objections
