Overview

The Employee Engagement Strategist, Commercial (EESC) is responsible for customer value attainment and as such owns the strategic relationship with Emplifys customers. The EESC ensures that our non-enterprise customers (those with less than 800 employees) maximize their value with Emplify through strategic interactions on engagement results delivery. The Strategist owns those consultations with the customer, delivering and interpreting engagement results and then coaching to ensure that customers communicate results to their teams and also take action to make improvements. The Strategist also owns our contractual commitments with customers, ensuring that customers renew their subscriptions and partake of additional products and services that drive more value.

The role is located in our Fishers, IN HQ office and reports to our Director, Customer Success.

A Day in the Life

  • Lead strategic customer kickoff meetings
  • Work with customer to define desired business outcomes
  • Analyze customer engagement results and lead results presentations to executive leaders
  • Consult on and recommend SmartPulse (open-response employee follow-ups)
  • Guide customers on company results communications and actions
  • Capture campaign results metrics
  • Capture customer business outcome improvements resulting from Emplify involvement
  • Secure subscription renewals
  • Identify and close upsell opportunities
