As a member of the Global Employee Communications & Engagement Team, you will work cross-functionally to communicate to and engage employees. As an Employee Communications & Engagement Specialist, you will collaborate with internal thought leaders and subject matter experts to effectively communicate important internal topics supporting our distinctive company culture. We're looking for great communicators who can understand complex issues and explain them in a way that both informs and engages our employees.

To succeed in this role you will need to be able to combine creativity with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Communication campaigns include e-newsletters, live broadcast meetings, interactive social media, targeted emails, presentations, storytelling campaigns, global events, videos, companywide contests, intranet articles, and more. We will look for active participation in researching and presenting innovative ideas to help improve how we do our jobs at PTC.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent project management and organization skills, including event management
Proven writing and editing skills for a variety of media
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including a desire to collaborate with immediate team members, cross-functional stakeholders, and influencers at all levels of the organization
Effective problem solving and program/time management skills, with the ability to independently track multiple projects and deadlines
Proactive and self-motivated within a deadline-driven environment
3 years of experience in a related field
Degree in journalism, communications, business or a related field or equivalent experience
Strong computing skills in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
Proficiency in Adobe Suite and video editing a plus
