Employee Benefits Service Leader

The Rogan Group, Inc. - a Risk & Insurance Management Recruiting firm is currently assisting a client, a Top 10 National Insurance Broker, with over $1 Billion in Revenue and 150+ offices nationwide in recruiting an Employee Benefits Service Leader for New England. This position will be responsible for Employee Benefits Service Management for multiple locations throughout the Northeastern US, $25 million in revenue and 120+ team members.

Position Outline:

• Title: EB Service Leader-New England

• Supervise a team of Benefits Account Managers, Account Executives, and Marketing Team members

• Collaborate with client service teams in preparing and delivering comprehensive financial reports for client health benefit plans

• Setting KPI's and procedures for service team members

• Manage a Book of Business by leveraging data

• Prepare routine financial reports for self-funded clients; review financial reports with clients

• Assist clients in developing cost management and health risk management strategies

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of brokerage experience

• 3+ years of management experience is a plus

• Broad understanding of benefits underwriting guidelines

• familiarity with all lines of coverage

• L&H License

• Proficiency in VBA, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, and SQL is. a plus
