We are seeking an experienced and dynamic EB Sales Leader to drive our sales strategy and performance in the Employee Benefits (EB) sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the EB landscape, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships and leading high-performing sales teams.

How You Will Contribute

  • Embody the Brown & Brown sales culture and push to meet and exceed our budgeted goals.

  • Provide direction and sales guidance to Production/Sales staff.

  • Train and mentor Sales Associates/Producers in areas such as coverage review, exposure analysis, sales philosophy-set up for "win", exposure checklists as required by QC, sales-marketing-service procedures relating to sales associates' responsibilities, assimilating information from prospect, preparing new business submissions.

  • Assist Sales Associates/Producers with coverage questions and issues on new and renewal business.

  • Assist Sales Associates/Producers with questions regard aged receivables.

  • Accompany Sales Associates/Producers on new business calls and any new business or renewal presentations, as needed.

  • Accountable for the quality of productions results as performed by Production staff.

  • Monitor sales results monthly and measure progress in achieving carrier/agency objectives.

  • Evaluate the technical and sales strengths and weaknesses of the Production staff in relation to sales skills, coverage, and exposure analysis; initiate corrective action wherever necessary for optimum production success.

  • Substitute in the absences of Sales Associates/Producers, where needed.

  • Performance Reviews of Production staff drawing input from Marketing and Service staff

  • Collaborate with other Leaders in the PC to maximize sales efforts across the platform.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful

  • Bachelors in a business or financial related discipline

  • Demonstrate effective verbal / written communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • 3-year experience in a similar position

  • Current and active license

Pay Range

$200,000 - $250,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly

rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
