Position Title: Client Service Representative

Position Location: Conshohocken, PA

Position Summary: The Client Service Representative is responsible for supporting the retention and growth of an assigned book of business through the delivery of exceptional customer service/member advocacy, claims and inquiry resolution, and benefit education.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Research and resolve inquiries and issues related to benefit claims and billing

  • Educate employee membership on their health and benefit products and services

  • Document and maintain client information in our agency management system according to established policies and procedures

  • Collaborate with your Account Executive team, carrier partners, and vendors to deliver timely and effective customer service and resolutions

  • Assist in various client specific and internal compliance projects as needed

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in the insurance, human resources, or financial services industry

  • Life & Health Insurance Producer license in good standing

  • Working knowledge in employee benefit insurance coverages and contracts

  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
