Position Title: Client Service Representative
Position Location: Conshohocken, PA
Position Summary: The Client Service Representative is responsible for supporting the retention and growth of an assigned book of business through the delivery of exceptional customer service/member advocacy, claims and inquiry resolution, and benefit education.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Research and resolve inquiries and issues related to benefit claims and billing
Educate employee membership on their health and benefit products and services
Document and maintain client information in our agency management system according to established policies and procedures
Collaborate with your Account Executive team, carrier partners, and vendors to deliver timely and effective customer service and resolutions
Assist in various client specific and internal compliance projects as needed
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
2+ years of customer service experience in the insurance, human resources, or financial services industry
Life & Health Insurance Producer license in good standing
Working knowledge in employee benefit insurance coverages and contracts
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
