Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements for employee benefits.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the enrollment, eligibility, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and more.
  • Consultation: Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on benefits design, compliance, and industry trends to help them optimize their employee offerings.
  • Communication: Facilitate open communication between clients, insurance carriers, and vendors to ensure seamless benefits administration and resolution of issues.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance issues affecting employee benefits, ensuring that clients remain compliant with all legal requirements.
  • Training and Support: Conduct employee training sessions and workshops to educate employees on available benefits and enrollment processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on benefits usage, trends, and effectiveness to clients, using data to inform decision-making.
  • Project Management: Lead the implementation of new benefits programs or changes to existing programs, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • years of experience in employee benefits administration or account management.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
