Job Description Job Description About the Role The Employee Benefits Account Executive, Team Leader is a newly created role inspired by this Milwaukee independent insurance agency’s growth and need to continue providing excellent service and resources to a diverse client base. A full-service agency, your goal will be to increase department revenue, growing the client portfolio in the small to mid-sized group space.

Duties & Responsibilities The goals for this position all come back to the need for planning and positioning. Your vision and ability to execute on strategy puts the department ahead of the curve with plenty of capacity to take on more diverse clients. They look to you to:

Be Client Facing- i.e. partnering with the current service team, producers, carrier reps, vendors, and accounts to maximize the potential for new client revenue and a high level of existing account retention Offer insight on business development strategies including cross selling opportunities, marketing, and market expansion Assist with client acquisition and retention including personally maintaining and retaining an existing block of accounts that will be seeded to you Set Strategy for client service deliverables and department goals including obtaining tools and resources the agency needs to offer clients to compete Best Practices with a focus on streamlining process and procedures technology utilization to optimize efficiencies Hire, train, and develop benefits sales and service employees Skills & Experience Minimum of five (5) years experience in employee benefits client service for a retail insurance agency Experience and insight into service modeling and managing processes and procedures Active Life & Health insurance license Company Description Capstone Search Group is an insurance recruiting firm that offers creative, unique staffing solutions for the insurance industry Our clients include insurance companies, agencies, brokers and intermediaries.
