As part of our strategic servicing team you will anticipate and review the needs of our clients for all insurance products and facilitate the solutions for their particular needs. This process includes face to face meetings with business owners or HR professionals, presenting our solutions to clients and helping clients get more value out of their insurance program within their organization. You will work within a team, which includes a marketer, an account manager, and a sales representative. An account executive's focus is on implementing solutions and building and maintaining a successful and long-term relationship with our clients.
Perform benefits coverage analysis for clients and make recommendations to the client that results in deep cross selling opportunities.
Coordinate and manage the implementation and/or commitments outlined in the Client Service Plan. Ensures all client service expectations are met or exceeded.
Provide support expertise to the internal service team including, assisting in the resolution of client service issues.
Maintains expertise in all agency products and services (i.e. Client Technology Solutions, HR Solutions, Health Management, etc.) and consistently recognizes or anticipates needs of clients and takes the necessary steps to ensure our clients are informed of solutions to further support the clients' needs.
Create, organize and present, along with the consultant, all educational needs via employee meetings. Ensures educational experiences for clients and their employees are accurate, timely, and professional.
Implement strategic decisions that are made during the mid-term and renewal processes. This includes working directly with the internal service team for carrier selection, analyzing of plan designs, providing alternate funding options, negotiating rates with carriers and attending client renewal meetings. Follow established best practices to ensure the renewal process is completed timely and with accuracy. Facilitates the implementation of value added services and frequently checks in with the client to ensure understanding and satisfaction with these services.
