FUNCIONES BSICAS

Realiza una variedad de servicios de limpieza para mantener las habitaciones limpias de acuerdo a las normas establecidas. Inspecciona visualmente las habitaciones para ayudar en la identificacin de elementos que necesiten mantenimiento.

Ayuda a los clientes siempre que sea posible ofreciendo ropa de cama, toallas o suministrar informacin cuando la soliciten. Se le puede pedir que ayude en lavandera / espacio pblico cuando sea necesario

CONOCIMIENTO GENERAL, HABILIDAD Y CAPACIDAD

Se requiere habilidad para seguir instrucciones verbales.

Se requiere conocimiento slido de los procedimientos y artculos de limpieza.

Se requiere habilidad para trabajar sin supervisin directa.

REQUISITOS MENTALES Y FSICOS

REQUISITOS MENTALES Y FSICOS:

EDUCACIN: Se requiere conocimiento, habilidad y capacidad mental equivalente a completar 2 aos de la escuela secundaria.

EXPERIENCIA: Experiencia previa en limpieza ayuda pero no es necesaria.

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES: Se requiere habilidad para caminar y permanecer de pie durante toda la jornada de trabajo.

Se requiere habilidad para pasar la aspiradora, alcanzar, estirarse y doblarse durante las actividades diarias en el trabajo. Requiere levantar 25 - 35 libras (11 - 16 kilos) intermitentemente durante la jornada laboral.

VIEW JOBS 8/16/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-11-14T00:00 Tuesday- Saturday Shift 7 AM- 3:30 PM GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Under the direction of the housekeeping supervisor, ensures the maintenance of aseptic, safe, and attractive environment within the facility to ensure adherence to established federal, state and local regulatory requirements. ESSENTIALS OF THE JOB: Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of assigned work area. (constantly) Set up tables/chairs, etc. for special functions and take down, clean and store in proper area. (occasionally) Must use personal protective equipment (PPE). (frequently) Must be able to work overtime as needed. (occasionally) Must be able to perform other duties as assigned. (occasionally) Must be able to work with chemicals. (frequently) Follow proper procedures and schedule as required by supervisor. (constantly) Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines. (constantly) Must be able to use carpet cleaners, vacuum, etc. (frequently) Maintains all hard floor surfaces including dust mopping, wet mopping and buffing. (constantly) Maintains carpet floor surfaces including spot cleaning as well as deep extraction. (frequently) Maintains equipment and supplies. (constantly) Maintain trash on the outside facility and inside. (frequently) Must be able to commit the time necessary from an attendance and punctuality standpoint to accomplish the above specified Essentials of Job. (constantly) Contributes to the ongoing process of establishing and meeting departmental and BCS goals and objectives. Participates in utilizing customer feedback to measure and improve effectiveness of service level. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: * Must be able to read, speak, and write English. PHYSICAL/SPECIAL DEMANDS: * Must lift or move up to 50 lbs., frequently; 25 lbs., constantly, and push/pull up to 200 lbs. * Must be able to position self to reach floor level to six feet from the floor. * Must be able to move throughout the facility. * Must be able to ascend/descend up to 10 flights of stairs regularly. * Must be able to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines. * Must be able to work around cleaning chemicals, including but not limited to ammonia, bleach, and detergents.
