PURPOSE OF POSITION: Directly responsible for the cleanliness of all common area space at Empire Pass properties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly responsible for the cleanliness of all common area space at Empire Pass properties including but not limited to: corridors, lobbies, owners lounges, public restrooms, exercise rooms, garages, building exterior spaces, decks and patios
General responsibilities include but are not limited to: emptying trash cans, picking up garbage, cleaning toilets, pulling weeds, sweeping/mopping floors, dusting, vacuuming, and moving linens
Responsible for keeping common area supply closets clean, organized and stocked with appropriate supplies and chemicals
The common area cleaner will also be responsible to assist the housekeeping staff as needed. These duties may include but are not limited to: cleaning residences, performing deep cleans, helping with inventories, etc.
Due to the visible nature of this position, there will be many interactions with owners and guests and the right candidate must be comfortable answering questions related to the properties you maintain as well as the resort at large
Any other responsibilities and duties as assigned by a manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to work without direct supervision and be self-motivated
Needs to be comfortable interacting daily with guests and owners
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work load
Must be flexible and adaptable and willing to work weekends, holidays, etc.
Ability to problem solve
Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
English speaking preferred but not required
Willing to be a team player, have a positive upbeat attitude and willingness to work hard
