AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented and motivated EHS Compliance and EMIS Implementation Specialist for immediate employment in the Dallas, Texas office. The position will provide many challenges and an opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Business Case Development for an AECOM client EHS software/data management
Work on EHS, environmental compliance, and environmental regulatory projects
Functional Requirements Development in collaboration with AECOM clients
Appraisal of Vendor Proposals against Functional Requirements
Implementation support of EHS software as an implementation consultant
Implementation support of EHS software as an implementation task lead
Preparation and presentation of training of implemented EHS software
Operation & Maintenance support of implemented EHS software
Support AECOM Senior leadership in proposal development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communications, planning and organizational skills
Strong technical writing skills
Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline, environmental engineering, environmental science, or other relevant scientific discipline
8 years of environmental compliance experience
Strong knowledge of environmental compliance requirements and development and implementation of regulatory compliance programs related to CAA, CWA, RCRA, CERCLA, EPCRA, OPA, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office products to include: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Compliance Database Management experience
Working knowledge of Environmental Laws and Regulations (air, water, waste)
Knowledge/experience in conducting client training related to EHS software implementation
MS VBA coding

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
