Trinity Metro has an immediate opening for a Emerging Mobility Manager. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate to oversee the company's third-party transportation services. The incumbent will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders, as necessary, to ensure all aspects of each project are successful. This role is new to Trinity Metro and requires a vision for shaping the serviced with innovative solutions.
This position's responsibilities include:
Manage business partnerships involved in the service by regularly communicating performance, ridership and overall service health.
Meet regularly with key stakeholders to ensure service success.
Research and understand contractual requirements of the service to be able to ensure contractual obligations are met by all transportation vendors.
Audit vendor performance through spot checks, reports and customer/stakeholder comments/complaints.
Establish short- and long-term goals with key stakeholders and track/analyze performance measures.
Ensure budgetary objectives are met and make adjustments to service constraints based on financial analysis.
Apply fresh ideas to new transportation opportunities and contribute to shaping desired outcomes.
Ensure lean project principles, and apply continuous improvement to the service through recommendations.

Excellent client-facing communication skills, including presentation skills

Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a Bachelor's degree.
Any combination of experience, training and/ or education that provides the required knowledge, abilities, and skills may substitute for the required education.
