As an Emerging Business Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our acquired sales organizations to navigate our internal systems, policy and process allowing them to meet their monthly, quarterly and annual targets. The responsibilities include but are not limited to deal structure support, order creation, order booking, order fulfillment, billing, data analytics, and compensation calculation while ensuring orders comply with revenue & company policy.


  • Work with Revenue Recognition, Legal, and Accounts Receivables to provide Pre-Sales internal support & guidance to our acquired sales organizations on contract negotiations and order form creation

  • Respond to process & policy questions and effectively communicate requirements to the sales team

  • Apply knowledge, skills, and judgment to resolve issues related to pre and post deal support

  • Participate in new process development and process improvement projects as well as other ad hoc projects

  • Ensure fulfillment of all Sales Orders

  • Support Sales and Finance in finalizing booking numbers each month

  • Share best practices with and provide cross-training for peers, team members and outside business units to enhance the quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3 years finance or business analytics experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written, willingness to appropriately debate difficult issues; ability to think quickly

  • Must have strong research, problem-solving, and data analysis skills

  • Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative

  • Ability to understand broader business and financial issues

  • Extreme attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently

  • Motivation to learn, challenge and change

  • Demonstrated participation in process improvement initiatives and/or project management experience

  • Salesforce experience a plus

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Tracking, verifying, and reporting data for the Sales team to support sales initiatives including sales incentives and contests. * Responds to and resolves basic account calls and/or escalates non-technical issues for all accounts to the Product Sales Support Supervisor. * Receives agreements from product sales team and enters the information into databases. * Acts as liaison between Sales, Marketing, and IT to provide insight-driven and actionable database query requirements. * Maintains current information on Comcast products, services, equipment, and marketing promotions. * Conducts clerical research which requires an understanding of departmental programs, policies, and procedures. * Researches, processes, and manage customer escalations. * Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
