CTTX Health is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as the Emergency Room (ER) Director. As the ER Director, you will provide strategic direction and operational oversight of our emergency department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and efficient patient care.

As the ER Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the emergency department staff, coordinating patient flow, overseeing quality improvement initiatives, and implementing efficient care processes.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight of the emergency department.
• Supervise and manage emergency department staff, including nurses, physicians, and support staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and promote interdisciplinary communication and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage department budget and resources effectively.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the delivery of safe and efficient care.
• Participate in emergency preparedness and disaster response planning.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency room nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration (preferred).
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in emergency room management and healthcare administration.
