Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, is looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician OR Family Medicine Physician to work in and Direct the Grand Itasca Emergency Department. The practice is Emergency Medicine in addition to a Director position. Grand Itasca is a Level III Trauma Center and currently has 4 Emergency Medicine Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers. Grand Itasca is a fully integrated multi-specialty clinic and hospital located in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. Grand Itasca completed construction of a new clinic and hospital facility.
Level III Trauma Center averaging 16,000 visits per year
24-hour physician emergency services with double coverage each day from 11am-11pm
Highly trained, expert emergency nursing staff
Advanced diagnostic services including CT, MRI, nuclear medicine and ultrasound
Transport for critical patient via ground or helicopter transport if necessary
Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)
12-hour shifts from 7am to 7pm, 11am-11pm (Covered by a PA) and 7pm to 7am
Full-time employment is 12 shifts each month
