Salary: Based on working a minimum of 1456hrs/yr and $195/hr equates to $283,920. Given the varied sites and shift lengths this would obviously vary depending on where you worked and how many shifts.

Retirement:

401K--Immediate eligibility for employee contribution and employer matching

“match” is 3% of gross pay up to IRS limits

Profit Sharing (Combined with Match Goal of 10%) – 7%
