Emergency Medicine Associate Director, Practice Operations- Hybrid Position

Responsible for the coordination, leadership and administration of assigned operational unit/department. Manages clinical, business office and other administrative functions of an ambulatory site, which may consist of a large single service, multiple practices or multiple services; and other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Master's degree from a four-year college or university or related field; or equivalent experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a healthcare setting

• At least 5 years of previous management experience

Essential functions include but are not limited to:

1.Directs oversight of internal Human Resources team.

2.Serves as primary subject matter expert for all HR policies and procedures and benefits programs across FPI and UMB for all faculty, staff, and postdoctoral fellows

3. . Administers and Maintains department's HRIS BambooHR

4. . In collaboration with ED Medical Directors, tracks faculty hours

5. . Ensures completeness of APP hiring and billing credentialing onboarding

6.Provides executive administrative support to Department Chair

7.Manages internal Education Team

8.Oversees internal Information Technology team
