Emergency Medical Technician - EMT

Job Description Education Qualifications: Qualifications: State licensure/certification as an Emergency Medical Responder or higher in the appropriate state of practice.

CPR Certification. Responds to emergent and non-emergent calls, assists as a team member in the treatment of patients for emergency needs; reports patient information to medical staff in a timely and accurate manner as allowed by their certification and EMS Medical Director. Safely operates the ambulance during emergent and non-emergent transports. May be requested to provide patient care in the hospital setting performing tasks delegated by the RN based on the scope of the individual’s training and capabilities.
