The purpose of this position is to deliver specifically designed college and/or company emergency medical services training programs.

• Organize and delivery of American Heart Association training sessions for students.

• Assist in the development, organization, and preparation of training materials, lesson plans, supplies and equipment for contracted classes.

• Initiate and follow up with business contacts and prospective students.

• Assist in the recruitment and retention of students.

• Monitor student academic progress and skill development and maintain student records.

• Tutor students in specific content areas or practical application.

• Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets for courses and projects.

• Use excellent communication and human relations skills.

• Use database applications to create and manage files and communicate requested information maintaining confidentiality.

• Advance and advocate a campus climate that values inclusion and belonging.

• Perform other related duties as required.

This is a full time, grade 6, administrative position with an annual salary of $48,032. Work schedule may include occasional evenings and weekends and may include travel to off-site locations. Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in related field.

• Paramedic or EMT or the ability to obtain or RN

• Current BLS instructor ACLS, PALS or the ability to obtain.

• Recent experience with American Health Association (AHA) courses.

• Related work experience.

• Valid driver's license.
