Provides specialized subject-matter expertise in planning and coordination of the Agency Continuity of Operations Plan program.
Serves as a performance advocate, principle consultant , and subject matter expert regarding contingency/emergency plans and operations for Contingency COntract Administration organizations.
Plans for and coordinates DCMA participation in sponsored emergency preparedness exercises.
Consults with management personnel at subordinate activities and identifies problems encountered in implementing policy or guidance.
Participates in training and exercises to preapre for involvement in emergency assignments.
Provides direction and broad guidance setting objectives within assigned areas of responsibility.

Specialized experience is defined as: Experience for planning, programming, developing, coordinating, integrating, monitoring, and evaluating programs related to command emergency preparedness.
