Provides specialized subject-matter expertise in planning and coordination of the Agency Continuity of Operations Plan program.
Serves as a performance advocate, principle consultant , and subject matter expert regarding contingency/emergency plans and operations for Contingency COntract Administration organizations.
Plans for and coordinates DCMA participation in sponsored emergency preparedness exercises.
Consults with management personnel at subordinate activities and identifies problems encountered in implementing policy or guidance.
Participates in training and exercises to preapre for involvement in emergency assignments.
Provides direction and broad guidance setting objectives within assigned areas of responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS: In order to qualify, you must the experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Experience required: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job.
To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level NH-03. Specialized experience is defined as: Experience for planning, programming, developing, coordinating, integrating, monitoring, and evaluating programs related to command emergency preparedness.
