Emergency Hire - Research Technology Project Lead - Division Of Research

Job Summary

• Lead and monitor overall performance of Division of Research projects related to technology; ensuring projects are submitted to ITS for prioritization, engaging in scoping activities, definition of milestones and deliverable, understanding and communicating about dependencies, critical path, resources, risks, and decisions.

• Coordinate and document project meetings and ensure stakeholders and functional team members are guided to complete their project tasks.

• Monitor, evaluate, and manage technical projects to identify and mitigate risks. Assess and identify needs for additional project resourcing (e.g., consultants and staff).

• Determine frequency, audience, and content of project status reports.

• Provide timely and pertinent updates to project sponsors and leaders, including issue escalation, unexpected resource requirements, and recommended remediation.

Education and Experience

Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university. Four years of technical or administrative experience.

A graduate degree in a related field may be substituted for one year of the required experience.

Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Salary:

Anticipated Hiring Range: $30.42 - $33.46 per hour

Classification Range: $30.42 - $55.02 per hour
