The Role
Working closely with the EMEA Commercial Director, the US-based Marketing Operations team, and the wider global marketing team, the EMEA Marketing Operations Professional will play a key role in supporting, developing, and implementing a wide range of projects and programmes to strengthen processes and systems with the marketing and BD team.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing strategy, planning & budgeting
With the US-based Marketing Operations team, coordinate and help drive processes across EMEA industries and services lines, and across the EMEA country offices, to ensure meeting cadence is set, happens and deadlines are met for the creation of actionable, targeted marketing and BD plans.
Collate and summarise the output from the planning sessions to enable the EMEA Commercial Director and senior team to identify potential synergies, disconnects and 'interlocks'.
Work with the EMEA finance and marketing/BD teams to help collate and track the marketing & BD budgets for EMEA industries and services lines, and for EMEA country teams.
Work with the Corporate Services finance team and the EMEA Commercial Director and team to establish a regular budget reporting process that helps to identify actual, committed and remaining spend.
Marketing execution
Support the US-based Marketing Operations team by ensuring that EMEA campaigns and marketing activities are up to date in global team project trackers and all information is included in the overall campaign calendar.
Ensure that relevant documents from across EMEA are uploaded to the Marketing portion of the AlixPartners intranet, ensuring compliance with company branding and standards.
Feed EMEA data and marketing metrics into the regular monthly/quarterly leadership report.
Data management and organisation
Create and ensure updating of an EMEA repository for key marketing assets, plans, briefing templates, meeting notes, action points etc. Ensure access is set at appropriate levels within both the global marketing team and the wider business where necessary.
Work with the digital marketing team to ensure that all digital assets created throughout the EMEA regions (photos, videos, podcasts etc.) are stored appropriately in a central repository and with the required levels of access and security required.
Work with the Knowledge Management team in the business intelligence centre (BIC), and the wider BIC team in EMEA to ensure connectivity between the sales pipeline data and dashboards, pitch materials, sales collateral and all other marketing materials.
Other responsibilities
Effectively contribute as a member of any global marketing operations project team to roll out new processes, tools and technologies in a systematic, efficient and effective way. Collaborate and collect feedback from EMEA team members to help iterate and refine new systems.
Support the EMEA Commercial Director and senior team with the management of BD, marketing and other meetings with PMDs and other stakeholders across the region. Ensure that documentation and reports are prepared in advance of meetings as required and that follow-ups are undertaken.
As required, work with colleagues in the EMEA Industry and Service line Marketing roles, and in the global marketing and business intelligence team to ensure that all data is accurately input, tracked and monitored in the firm's CRM system. Be part of a project team for the implementation of any development to the firm's CRM system.
Be an active member of the EMEA BD & Marketing team helping to promote cross-service line, cross-country collaboration.
Support the EMEA Commercial Director with any other projects and initiatives as they arise.

Person Specification - Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Experience & Knowledge
3+ years of B2B marketing experience - preferably in a professional services environment
Experience of working in a matrix environment - desirable
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to speak with confidence and influence change both internally with senior leaders and externally with third party partners
High level proficiency in Microsoft Suite - essential; Adobe creative suite and digital platforms - desirable
Proven experience of multi-channel campaign management - comfortable with range of activities, from one-off email to large scale events
