Job Description

• Data report analyst generates customized reports and charts as they pertain to the day to day operations and the overall management of services support business.

• Work with other departments under EMEA Services: Sales, Service, Product Management, Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance teams on Service related items.

• Facilitate collection of data mining, cleansing and analysing for reporting and also recommending next actions.

• Work closely with manager in setting strategy for process improvement initiatives.

• Development of performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor and report on process performance.

• Analyze improvement processes, procedures and systems and its potential results.

• Responsible for generating reports, statistics, timelines and presentations.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably with experience in Service/Product Support experiences.

• Candidates with experiences in Products or Services Implementation preferred.

• Demonstrated competency with Oracle, Bl applications, etc.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills are necessary.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to collaborate with internal and external business/technical teams.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

• Highly organized, structured, and process oriented; team building skills a plus.
