Job Description
Data report analyst generates customized reports and charts as they pertain to the day to day operations and the overall management of services support business.
Work with other departments under EMEA Services: Sales, Service, Product Management, Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance teams on Service related items.
Facilitate collection of data mining, cleansing and analysing for reporting and also recommending next actions.
Work closely with manager in setting strategy for process improvement initiatives.
Development of performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor and report on process performance.
Analyze improvement processes, procedures and systems and its potential results.
Responsible for generating reports, statistics, timelines and presentations.
Basic Requirements
Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably with experience in Service/Product Support experiences.
Candidates with experiences in Products or Services Implementation preferred.
Demonstrated competency with Oracle, Bl applications, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills are necessary.
Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to collaborate with internal and external business/technical teams.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Highly organized, structured, and process oriented; team building skills a plus.
