The Marketing Technology and Operations team is seeking an Email Marketing Lead to support digital initiatives and transformations as well as delivery across Consumer and Small Business Marketing. This role requires a passion for cutting edge technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead transition of email delivery methodology, engagement with stakeholders, content/account management and process development across all email components/processes

  • Set priorities in implementation and development of process that support the business strategy and objectives

  • Serve as subject matter expert for marketing automation, end to end marcom delivery process, governance and compliance and content approvals

  • Develop and manage best-practices for marcom delivery process across global marketing that results in a streamlined process

  • Strong communication skills and ability to be proactive and collaborative across multiple teams

  • Drive campaign roadmap by managing projects through the end to end process

  • Serve as subject matter expert on content management and email marketing automation

  • Spearhead any issues associated with our ESP, validate email functionality and appearance across browsers, devices and platforms, and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations

  • Develop email production strategy, including process improvements, scheduling, problem solving, managing email innovations and A/B testing on content and creative

  • Serve as a technology expert, providing insight and advice to stakeholders on how best to maximize campaign success with available technology and processes

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry & market trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree w/minimum of 2 years of email marketing and strategy, development and execution or 5+ years of experience in a similar role

  • In-depth understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, and frequency

  • Extremely organized and motivated; able to manage time and drive multiple projects simultaneously

  • Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment and meet tight deadlines

  • Creative and innovative thinker with a "can do" attitude

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and imperfect information; demonstrated ability in solving problems creatively

  • Proven ability to work well and influence others

  • Strong inter-personal skills, written and verbal communication skills

  • Business value focused mind set balancing tactical and strategic tasks

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and experience in analysis, research and presentation creation

  • At ease in successfully collaborating across teams and geographies

We are seeking a Project Manager for the Product & Application Security (PAS) Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) team to oversee individual SDL projects. This role involves managing technology projects and requires cross-functional collaboration to meet business goals in a complex environment. The PM is responsible for planning, leading, organizing and motivating project team members to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional business value to our customers. The PM will work with leadership and internal PAS teams to coordinate resources, determine scheduling and identify risks. The PM is expected to be self-motivated, proactive and solution-oriented. The PM is also expected to set and manage deadlines, project scope, assign responsibilities and monitor/summarize progress of projects and prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project and work. Key Responsibilities: * Organizes, coordinates, and directs all program planning and support activities. * Develops and documents project parameters including scope, schedule, resources and specifications. * Creates, updates, monitors and adjust as needed to project plans. * Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement * Interacts with upper management regarding program status and issues. * Manages stakeholder expectations, including customer inclusion in technical matters, identifying gaps, and resolving impediments. * Contributes to ongoing improvement of processes to allow for smooth execution of projects and improved efficiencies across departments and project team members. * Conducts and leads status meetings regularly with customers and internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring thorough communication at all stages of the project. * Communicates proactively with customers & 3rd party vendors on recommendations, risks, challenges, and solutions. * Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress. * Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. * Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. * Encourage, train and reinforce team members on agile practices, culture and norms. * Assist Product Owner with planning and grooming activities.
