Email Marketing Manager/Sr Manager (Hybrid Role)

Your Job

We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager on the Data-Driven Marketing (DDM) team to lead the strategy & development of our email program, in addition to managing a growing SMS program. This role will be responsible for the entire lifecycle, from acquisition to engagement to retention. Areas of focus will include lead generation, content planning & execution, testing & optimization, and performance reporting.

What You Will Do

• Lead data acquisition strategy to grow and enrich first-party database

• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to plan, measure, and optimize database growth across paid and owned channels

• Identify opportunities to enrich existing consumer profiles via zero-party data collection

• Develop and implement email and SMS marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand marketing objectives.

• Lead development of content calendar for our six brands in partnership with brand marketing teams and internal creative agency

• Manage email and SMS lists, segmentation, and personalization efforts to deliver the right content to the right audience

• Optimize email & SMS performance through A/B testing and data analysis.

• Manage email & SMS promotion strategy & execution, including coupon offers and investment.

• Monitor deliverability rates and troubleshoot any issues.

• Track KPIs and report on campaign performance

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years of email marketing experience

• 3 years of experience in CRM/email marketing, digital marketing, or brand management

• 1 year of experience with email marketing platforms

• Knowledge of deliverability, inbox placement, IP warmup, and email best practices

• Data driven, experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis

What Will Put You Ahead

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Communications, or related field or demonstrated experience in similar role

• Familiarity with HTML and email coding
