Job Description
The Email Marketing Manager will support the company-wide database marketing efforts, in strategy and execution. The incumbent will manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of email campaigns, e-newsletters, opt-in strategies, and other areas of our expanding email marketing plans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Build, edit and update email templates within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Create the strategic vision of journeys or ad hoc campaigns, including lead generation, revenue-generating campaigns, informational sends, etc.
QA (review) and deploy email campaigns or journeys using SFMC
Collaborate with marketing managers, designers, copywriters, and project managers to see the project through the process, deployment and analysis
Provide reporting on email campaigns, including email stats, web analytics, and direct revenue, where applicable
Continuously build upon previous success to learn and drive additional revenue (including A/B testing, personalization, etc.)
Collaborate with other departments (Revenue Management, E-Commerce, on-property staff, Social Media, etc.) to close the communication loop and ensure a consistent, cohesive message is delivered to our guests
Maintain the email send calendar and meet deadlines for target launch dates
