Position Summary
The Email Marketing CRM Manager is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers through dynamic email and SMS campaigns to ensure Offerpad and its products and services are at the top of customers' minds when needed. This role is a balance of content and code, as this individual must be able to create the entire email, be it writing personal and connecting content to coding the look in HTML, while also using SQL to dig into reports and automate tasks. Personalization is critical, so this individual should have a firm grasp of identifying like-minded customers and speaking to them specifically. The audience for this role includes the consumer, agent, and third parties. This is a fast-paced environment, dealing with people of diverse backgrounds and temperaments while being able to think on your feet and maintaining full knowledge of the products or services Offerpad has to offer.
Essential Functions
Manage Customer-Business Communications via multiple communication platforms, focusing on email and written communications.
Design, develop, and deliver email communications to customers and vendors, partnering with business contacts to ensure first-rate communication.
Promptly and successfully solve Customer Issues related to multiple service lines, products, and customer bases to retain and maintain customer loyalty.
Monitor customer care strategies continually to ensure all customers get the attention they deserve. This might include devising separate strategies and plans for specific customers and reviewing the effectiveness of existing strategies to explore the need for changes as necessary.
Collaborate with all levels of leadership across the Company to ensure customer satisfaction. Based on conversations with existing customers, share input on product development, sales, marketing, and distribution. Using feedback, surveys, and other tools, customer relationship managers develop an understanding of what customers are looking for and present suggestions to other departments to improve products or services, expand distribution, or create more effective marketing campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's with 3-5 years' experience.
3-5 years' experience with an ESP.
1-2 years' experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Ability to code HTML emails and write SQL queries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Explain results from experience in conversion metrics, revenue, A/B, & Multivariate testing.
Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
Multiple Platform expertise is critical (Email, SMS, Conversion Optimization).
Deadline-oriented with excellent follow-up and reporting skills.
Creativity in managing multiple audience needs.
Responds well under pressure with a strict time limit.
Quick and enthusiastic learner.
