Email Marketing

  • Account Management

The Email Marketing Specialist position requires strong client/account management experience with the ability to develop, maintain, and manage customer relationships. The Specialist is the day-to-day point of contact for assigned customers and is responsible for complete account management. The right candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and about ensuring success for his or her clients.

This is a client facing role that requires solid account management and database marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop, maintain, and manage customer relationships

. Engage customers in new features as they are release

. Develop strong relationships with customers to maintain positive experience with product and company

. Communicates effectively with customers via email, web conference, and phone

. Identify issues as they arise and work with Support, Engineering, and others to get resolution

. Manage regular client account reviews and reporting and evaluate effectiveness of email campaigns

Experience:

. 2-5 years client/account management required

. 2-5 years' experience in digital or email marketing

. Exceptional written and verbal skills

. Solid organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy

. Excellent problem solving skills

. Self-starter who works well within a group

. Ability to rapidly learn new technologies

. Strong multi-tasking skills

. Ability to maintain a calm and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment

. Automotive industry experience a plus
