Job Description
Position: Electro-Mechanical Assembly, End of Line Test and Programming
General Description: This is a non-technical position for an electro-mechanical assembler and end of line tester/programmer.
Requirements and qualifications: Include following oral and written instructions and assignments from the Production Floor leader, Technical contact and QA. This job requires reading and comprehension of written assembly and test instructions complying with ISO and ESD procedures.
Skills: The operation of small hand tools, power tools, and special equipment is required to carry out assembly, test and end of line programming operations; Good eye-hand coordination, good near-field vision, the ability to concentrate for extended periods of time and the willingness to do repetitive work; Not required but useful: comfort with working around an assembly/test environment with test equipment, measuring instruments and programming tools.
Knowledge: Knowledge of ESD, ISO procedures, recognize electronic parts, components, wire, cables, etc., familiarity with voltmeters and oscilloscopes and how to use them with instructions given.
Abilities: Flexible personality, detailed, able to concentrate for extended periods of time, able to work well with others, able to perform repetitive work, able to work under close supervision, able to read and follow written and oral instructions.
Work Environment: Controlled temperature and moderate noise level.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
Pay: $20-22 per hour
Duration: 2-4 weeks
