An international law firm with offices in Washington, D.C. is seeking a full-time Financial Systems Developer to join thier growing team. This person will be part of a 7 person team and be responsible for determining the best technical approach to address the firms business needs, and using the appropriate tools to meet the requirements of the specifications. The Financial Systems Developer will work closely with the finance and accounting departments and the Financial Applications Business Intelligence Specialist to distill the real requirements from the incoming requests, and to design solutions that are comprehensive, and are as future-proof as possible within the Elite or other application frameworks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' of programming experience and a strong knowledge of 3E Application Framework and Tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL development, SSRS, SSIS, BI Tools and a strong knowledge of the accounting business processes.
  • A College degree is strongly preferred, as is knowledge of IntApp and/or Microsoft BizTalk.

Enterprise Systems Developer responsible for developing, troubleshooting, designing modifications and upgrading enterprise systems software, using Java, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON. Typical duties include coding, testing, documenting and implementing solutions to enterprise systems software, which includes developing patches and upgrades. Makes practical and effective use of previous experience in developing web applications and working with relational database and SQL knowledge in daily activities. The position will assist with troubleshooting of known issues, and assist in the daily support of the university enterprise systems applications. Participates in user review, verification and testing sessions, as needed.
