ELINT Signals Analyst, Mid

As a mission manager, targeter, and intelligence and targeting analyst, you use your specialized technical, language, regional, functional, and military experience and your attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence, products, and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters, protect our national security, and inform our nation's leaders.

As a mission manager, targeter, and intelligence and targeting analyst on our team, you'll help your client understand their operational landscape and mission environment. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate source, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, and open source. You'll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for targeters, warfighters, senior policy makers, internal client publications, and US IC-wide products. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills, and share your methodologies with other analysts. You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience with signal analysis

  • Experience with ELINT technical analysis

  • Ability to evaluate new tool integration, software maintenance releases, and evaluate impacts to operations

  • Ability to provide backfill support to shift operations occasionally

  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team setting

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • HS diploma or GED and 4 years of experience with signals analysis, BA or BS degree and 2 years of experience with signals analysis, or MA or MS degree and 1 year of experience with signals analysis

Nice If You Have

  • Knowledge of multiple analysis and collection tools and processes

  • Knowledge of processes and tools related to technical ELINT

  • Knowledge of client requirements and oversight policies

  • Ability to provide briefing and training on in-depth ELINT analysis and collection

  • Ability to evaluate system inaccuracies and enable system accuracy improvements

  • Ability to work a rotating shift supporting 24/7 operations

  • Graduate of 2810/3810

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
