Bachelor's degree in Education required
Strategist II required
Experience in classroom teaching in elementary grades preferred

2.Organizes and facilitates IEP meetings and completes necessary paperwork to meet district and state requirements.
3.Develops and implements programming according to student needs.
4.Integrate technology to enhance student engagement and achievement.
5.Effectively design data-driven instruction and interventions.
6.Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless, student-centered instruction. Builds positive relationships with parents and the community.
7.Exhibit willingness to be reflective and grow professionally.
8.Engage students and families in the program.
9.Utilize Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) strategies.
10. Willingness to pursue professional development opportunities.
