1. Educator must hold appropriate grade level (at minimum EC-5) content certificate for core subjects and; (ex: Core Subjects or Generalist EC-6)

2. Educator must hold grade level appropriate Special Education certification

3. Educator must hold grade level ESL supplemental certification.
