Student Engagement: Creating a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and a passion for learning. Assessment and Progress Tracking : Regularly assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of progress.

Parent Communication : Establishing open and effective communication with parents or guardians to keep them informed of student progress and address any concerns. Professional Development : Actively participating in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on current educational practices.
