Nevada City School of the Arts (NCSOTA), a TK-8 charter school in operation since 1994, is seeking a dynamic, culturally aware, stimulating, and highly qualified teacher to join our elementary school team. SCHEDULE: Full Time - 184 days (175 instructional/11 in-service) WAGE: $52,301 to $69,926* (Starting wage dependent on education and experience) *NCSOTA Certificated Salary Schedule Step 2, Class II - Step 7, Class V SUMMARY: The elementary teacher provides an enriched activities-based program for elementary students in a manner that nurtures and guides them, with great consideration for the needs of each individual child and the class as a whole, while supporting the vision & mission of NCSOTA.
