POSITION DETAILS: ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PRINCIPAL - PRN-0005

• Salary determined in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement between the Washington Township Board of Education and the Washington Township Principals' Association

• 12 month

• 21 vacation days per year

• 12 sick days per year

REQUIRED CRITERIA:

• NJ Principal's certification

• Previous leadership experience

• Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience

• Skill in organizational management, program evaluation, supervision, leadership, staff development, communication, budget management, fostering a safe and secure learning environment, and developing and implementing a vision for school improvement

• Ability to work collaboratively with administrators, teachers, support staff, and school community members.

• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

PREFERRED CRITERIA:

• Elementary teaching experience

• Experience with Google and Microsoft platforms

• Experience with Danielson observation instrument

• Experience with Genesis SIS
